AI is a tool that support creativity (not replace it)
AI in games doesn’t have to be a threat to creative work. Used well, it’s a support layer helping teams prototype faster, test more thoroughly, and ship higher-quality experiences.

The best studios treat AI like any other tool: clear rules, ethical sourcing, respect for IP, and human ownership of creative decisions.

Create your Careers Zone profile and indicate in the portal that you are attending onsite.
If you don't wish to create the profile register your ticket via Eventbrite
  • If you would like to participate in match making and be invited for onsite interviews by participating companies you need to create your profile at the Careers Zone. Companies will use Careers Zone portal to review attendees who match their open roles and will be invited to onsite face to face interviews in advance.
  • You will not be able to book interviews at the event, your profile needs to be available for matching well in advance of the event.
  • If you don't want to share your profile, but just want to attend the conference please register with Eventbrite. The space is limited, we recommend you secure your ticket in advance.
  • You will have a chance to network with the participating companies and have your CV and Portfolio reviewed by senior artists and recruiters from the studios.
  • If you would like to have your CV or Portfolio reviewed you need to indicate that at the registration. The reviewers have limited time, so not everyone will have their portfolio reviewed (unfortunately).

Great Place to Work
The Finnish game industry is known for world-class games and the best results come from world-class workplaces
The Great Place to Work Award highlights studios that invest in their people, build sustainable cultures, and create environments where talent can do their best work over the long term.

This award is designed to be people-first and evidence-based, centered on the employee experience: trust in leadership, clarity of direction, inclusion and psychological safety, learning and career development, wellbeing, and healthy production practices.

How it works
  • Studios participate by registering and inviting their teams to share feedback through a confidential employee survey.
  • Finalists are selected based on overall employee sentiment across key workplace dimensions.
  • The winner is announced on stage at Finland Game Talent Fair 2026 during the award slot in the agenda.
Why it matters
The award helps talent identify great employers, supports studios in improving practices, and strengthens Finland’s reputation as a place where game developers can build meaningful, sustainable careers.

Want to take part?
Nominate your studio, become a supporting partner, or join the survey as an employee and help recognize the teams raising the bar for Finnish game workplaces.
