We are looking for Senior and Middle level skilled game developers to join a cool Finnish games studio!
Our client, Veikkaus Games Studio is looking for talented middle and senior level developers to join their games studio in their cool and spacious office in Helsinki.
In this role you will first start with the tool development to support the game development teams or development and support of the existing game catalogues. Your team will be independent from our game development production cycle; thus, you will have more time to innovate and create quality solutions. This will also give you time to get to know the team, technology we use and our games better before jumping into new games development, which will surely happen soon!

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support of the existing games catalogue
- Developing internal game tool to support the development teams
- Improve and partake in the development process of the new games
- Upkeep our game catalogue of quality games
- Developing new games and porting old games with our new technology
Requirements:
- Experience in C++ and strong interest in games development
- Experience in TypeScript or willingness to learn it and use as our new engine will be based on it
- Good people and teamwork skills
- Initiative personality and willingness to take responsibility
Considered a plus:
- Working with multiple platforms and devices
- Experience in web development e.g. TypeScript
- Experience with game development
- Graphical programming (e.g., WebGL, OpenGL, DirectX)
- Familiarity with agile team environmen
